My goal is 100lbs in 6 mos.
I am eating healthy and workout at the gym 6-7 days per week for 2 hours!!
That's unrealistic. You're setting yourself up for failure.0 -
Awesome job to all who posted their transformations!0

I seemed to have taken much longer than everyone else
2 years including a 6 month period of not trying very hard. A few days of eating well then I'd slip up and decide to wait until the following monday to restart. Not a good idea but I got there in the end and maintained over 1 year.

I lost 75 my first year... got to 85 and kinda got lax and maintained since last August... now I am going to get back on that horse and get it done.
I think it depends where you started weight wise... the first 85 were almost too easy, and now the struggle for the last 10 is HARD!!!0 -
You are looking HOT!!! that's a compliment not to sound creepy lol!!!0 -
I'm hitting two years and only lost 67lbs WTF am I doing wrong. UGH0

..I am surprised to see so many people lost their 100lbs in a year!...:( I am almost at the 1 year mark...and I am stuck at 220-215lbs. I am pretty much convinced I have some kind of physical issue.
I am planning to go to a dr. here within the next few months to get my thyroid checked. I am scared something is wrong.

I wouldn't be too discouraged. One, I went from 300 to 200 so I had a lot of weight that needed to come off and the more you need to come off the faster you lose it at the beginning, and if I could do it over I would have done it at a healthier rate because I have a lot of loose skin and I'm sure I lost some muscle along the way!0 -
I haven't hit 100 lbs yet, but I've lost over 10 sizes. Lifting will cause you to lose more sizes relative to weight. It's been about 11 months.
Before: pushing size 30, now size 18.0 -
I think it took me right at 6.5 months ..
My story with pictures is here:
