I tried increasing my calories in the last week to 1300 - 1400 (mostly 1400) and it worked. I lost the two pounds I had gained and stayed at! Hopefully I continue to lose next week!0

How long has the plateau been? A dietician told me that no plateau should be longer than 3 weeks. If so, a change needs to be made in diet and exercise.0
