i agree with the others log everything. its an eye opener. you will get to a stage you will start thinking before you eat certain things or amounts. re work out buddies, its nice to have but u rememeber its your loss u r concerned with. find an exercise you may enjoy. yes listen to your body but if its sore muscles thats normal and not a reason to stop. keep at this and it will work.. good luck0
