    Always nice to know a height. I am 5'4" and at 178 right now. Stuck in a rut but your photos are so inspiring.. maybe I can kick it in gear and get moving again. I've lost 25 so far.

    Everyone on here has done such an amazing job! It makes me wish I didn't erase my "before" pictures - I just couldn't believe how I looked in them.

    I am definitely inspired to keep on going, and to keep a visual progress of myself to be able to share later on!
