    Eh, I find HoneyCrisp to be too watery.

    I like SweeTango (a cross between HoneyCrisp and Zestar) and a new variety called Envy (cross between Gala and Braeburn).

    Pink Lady Apples are my favorite! They are also sweet and I can eat 10 a day if they werent $3.49 a pound. :)

    Ambrosia are hands-down the best apple available, at least at my grocery store. I've tried all the rest.

    All the people saying Honeycrisp or whatever should qualify that by saying "but I've never tried Ambrosia" because it's likely true in 99% of cases.

    Honey Crisps were my favorite until I tasted the Pinata variety...........now the Pinata apples are my absolute favorite and the Honey Crisps are a close second.
