When doing Body Pump, Cardio Step, Body Attack....any group fitness my nips are like big shiners in the mirrors. DOH! I swear, they are always on and it's ALL I can focus on. I'm doing dead lifts, rows, squat sets, lunges and all I see are my nips! I'm not cold...I've got sweat dripping from the elbows. I obviously wear a sports bra. They aren't chaffed or sore...just ON! I don't notice anyone elses, and yes, I've looked to see if it's common. Nope, just mine....big and brightly ON! I'm not sure about when I run, walk or do the elliptical....not facing a mirror. UGH!

    Oh mah gah.....not sure what kinda nips youve been around but if they resemble warts, you might wanna turn the other cheek.

    otherwise padded bras even if your girls are too big to need them.

    I know bro, people start mentioning "nips" and "boobs" and suddenly things become cloudy above the neck........well for me at least.
