    I'm not a big fan of dark chocolate, but I like the ones with sea salt. Sounds totally weird to me, but takes the edge off the bitterness. I also eat milk chocolate on a regular basis. I can stop after a couple of squares, but not everyone can. If you can't, you can buy 'thin' bars that are around 80-110 calories. You could have the whole bar, and there's not any left over. If you don't have 'room' in your calories, walk to the nearest store, buy chocolate, walk home, eat it & enjoy. If it's a trigger food for you, take a deep breath, chew some sugarless gum, and get busy doing something.

    Please don't succumb to the craving. The 5 minutes or so that it will taste good just isn't worth it. You can power through!
