    Aubergine and Courgette (aka Eggplant and Zucchini across the pond) - which irritates me as they are involved in so many healthy recipes.

    I'm vegetarian and even I don't love ALL the vegetables! :) I tried beets recently though - which was my #1 hated vegetable. It's not as bad as I remembered, but I still don't think I"ll go out and buy beets anytime soon.

    I had brussel sprouts once and didn't like them - but I think I need to try them again. People are all about brussell sprouts.

    Not a fan of mushrooms - that's my current #1 hated vegetable. Don't mind them cooked in things, but raw, they disgust me. Too earthy.

    I would have said Brussels Sprouts until I started tossing them with some olive oil and parmesan cheese and roasting them in the oven. Those are delicious!

    But for me, hands down, lima beans. :sick:

    And I love veggies. Just cant do beets. It probably comes from childhood memories of that awful tin can version of them!

    Agree! No matter how I prepare them, they just taste like dirt.
    Absolutely agree! Oh yeah, brussel sprouts is another non-favorite...yuck!

    Yep, I hate squash as well! Although I love zuchinni...go figure. Are waterchestnuts a veg? If so I HATE them too.

    I like most vegetables, but I can't stand sweet potatoes (instant heartburn), celery (tastes like dirt) or cooked carrots...they've gotta be heavily disguised with beefy gravy before I can stand 'em.

    this is a harrrrd question. kale maybe - i only like it when it's in the form of kale chips. then it's sooo good. celery's so blah you have to have it with dip… and out-of-season cucumbers make me wanna gag.
