I'm with you on kale. Artichokes are another one. I always think I'll like them and never do....unless they're in spinach & artichoke dip but I'll eat just about anything if there's enough cheese on it.

I eat and love most vegetables, but kale has got to be the worst vegetable for me. I have tried it in soups, in salads and the good old usual of juicing it. It has to be the vegetable I love to hate. What is your vegetable kryptonite?

Have you tried baking it?? If you do it right, they taste like Lay's potato chips!! YUMMO

Mushrooms, in most varieties. I can tolerate ****ake if it's cooked a certain way, but that's about it. I also like my tomatoes either seeded or cooked.

I don't really like celery but I can deal with it, it just is weird and crunchy like at all times. But... anyway on to vegetables I don't like...

Collard greens -- the one time I ate them it tasted so disgusting and slimy
Asparagus -- my dad used to make them a lot but they always tasted weird

Also I love beets, I have no idea where all the hate comes from, they're so sweet and tasty.

    Peas - gross!

I will even pick them out of soup - even at a restaurant.

I just can't handle how they "pop" when you chew them.

my 1 year old son used to grab one, squish it between his fingers and eat the "skin" and the insides separately.

I'm kind of a picky eater, so there is a lot of veggies I don't like, but I absolutely hate, hate, hate onions. The smell of them makes me gag, can't stand the taste or the texture, and I will find the teeniest, tiniest pieces of onions in something and pick it out.

QFT. I only had beets for the first time a few years ago. I asked my husband if they were supposed to taste like dirt. He said, "Well, they do come from the ground." My reply was, "They taste like they ARE the ground." Gross.

    Butter beans. Horrible things.
My grandfather grew them so I spent every summer picking them...shelling them...putting them up...and my mother served them RELIGIOUSLY with many meals.
When I hit 33, I told her I didn't have to eat them anymore.
    Bleh!

    Seriously...bleh!

    I haven't come across a vege I don't like yet..

For those struggling woth brussel sprouts.. this is one vege which tastes best over cooked, removes the bitter taste, actually becomes quite sweet.. yummy :)
