Brussel Sprouts. You can fry them with bacon, smother them in butter or put little cocktail umbrellas on them - I still hate the sight, smell and taste of them.

There are a lot of vegetables I can't stand, sadly. I've trained myself into tolerating many, but I still cannot handle tomatoes unless they're cooked and thoroughly pureed. The raw smell revolts me and I hate the texture. But I love tomato sauce, go figure.

    Eggplant - no can do.

Brussels sprouts - nope, can't make me.

Peas. I'm sorry, they are just disgusting! I love Marie Calender's Chicken Pot Pies and will pick all of the peas out.

I eat and love most vegetables, but kale has got to be the worst vegetable for me. I have tried it in soups, in salads and the good old usual of juicing it. It has to be the vegetable I love to hate. What is your vegetable kryptonite?

i love ALL vegggies. Except brussel sprouts. GAG

    Beets!

And I love veggies. Just cant do beets. It probably comes from childhood memories of that awful tin can version of them!

Agree! No matter how I prepare them, they just taste like dirt.

I tought I was the only one who thought that!

cauliflower. it's not the taste, for that is fairly innoccuous; it's what it looks like. it's look skeeves me out something fierce. I won't be disgusting and say outright what it reminds me of (I've only seen pictures) but the connotation is enough to scare me away forever.

Brussel sprouts, unless they're slathered in butter. Which kind of defeats the whole purpose of eating a vegetable... also okra. That *kitten*'s just nasty, even fried.

This. Except for the part about okra, I don't even know what that is.

Oh, this is easy... beets. The only veggie I can think of that I can't seem to get in any form or fashion where I can stomach it.
