I eat and love most vegetables, but kale has got to be the worst vegetable for me. I have tried it in soups, in salads and the good old usual of juicing it. It has to be the vegetable I love to hate. What is your vegetable kryptonite?

How about this...I LIKE cucumbers, green beans, carrots, potatoes and green peppers. That's about it!

    Beets!

And I love veggies. Just cant do beets. It probably comes from childhood memories of that awful tin can version of them!

Agree! No matter how I prepare them, they just taste like dirt.

Yes! I thought I was the only one who thought they tasted like dirt. LOL!

Guess I like the taste of dirt...

    For me, brussel sprouts

Celery. Kick rocks. Everyone says to try it with peanut butter. Why would I do that to peanut butter?!

Squash - in ANY of its incarnations!

In addition to potatoes ... I really don't like squash either. It's a texture thing.

Find if you try thongs enough times you will like them...

I agree, I didn't like them so well at first, but once I got used to them that's all I'd wear!

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_culinary_vegetables

Here is a list of Vegetables and fruits if anyone is having trouble thinking of one they don't like or to get ideas of new ones to try. Also to help identify what is really a vegetable or fruit:) I need help finding new ones seeing as I don't like a lot of veggies...true veggies. Keep in mind this is a list of CULINARY vegetables...I think botanical vegetables are different

    http://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_vegetables
another list that says which are really fruit but treated as vegetables...and which are grains and other such...like corn.

Love all veggies but I cant eat string beans unless they're overcooked because they squeak on my teeth and send me thru the roof. Its like nails on a chalkboard.

I'm actually eating a mixed green salad right now with Kale in it. I find by itself it's very bitter and bland. In a mixture it adds some texture since it's very crisp. I don't really like Celery unless it's in something like a soup. It just doesn't do anything for me even with some natural peanut butter smothered on top.
