    Jazz apples are great.....although I have to say I'll be checking out honey crisp apples if I can find them locally :)

    Honeycrisp are my favorite for eating, unless I can get the heirloom apples, in which case I have some obscure favorites. Golden delicious make a pie filling with a phenomenal texture. I like pink lady if I can't get honeycrisp.

    There doesn't seem to be any answers about nutrition, but all apples are nutritious so you can't really go wrong!

    My personal favourites are Red Delicious and Honeycrisp

    McIntosh apple :c i love them. I know they're supposed to be used for cooking, but they're so GOOD. Second favorite is Empire or Gala.

    we prefer Gala but have been buying what's cheapest in an effort to save on our fruits and veggies. We go through a 3 lb bag in less than a week.

    For just eating on their own - Honeycrisp and Ambrosia in the fall/winter and Fuji all other times. For salads - Granny Smith.

    I'm a McIntosh addict! I also enjoy a lot of the hybrids with a mac, but just straight is perfect!

    If they are all out at the store, I settle for Granny Smith but lunch time just ins't the same with a Pink Lady on my plate!! YUMMY!!!!!! Like little slices of wonderful candy those suckers are!!
