Well done for doing this for YOU I know we do things for our people. family etc but you have done this for you and you are truly an inspiration to people like myself who have tried and failed and need the gee up to realise that anything can be acheived if you have the right mindset and go for it.

    Thank you for this post! We are very similar. I am 25 and started at 315 at 5 foot 4 and I am not at 284 and I am hoping by this time next year I can look as good as you do! Congrats!!

    I'm always surprised at how young people look in their after pics, you're like siblings with a good few years between them - and you certainly carry your current weight extremely well, I'd never have guessed your current stats. Very well done, keep at it, you and your family should be very proud of what you have already achieved and what is yet to come x
