While we can only be the best *your name here* we can be and everyone is different..It's always good to a have a blueprint of a physical type you would like to strive for, a goal.
For me that's Dolph Lundgren, I remember seeing him in theater back in 85 in "Rocky IV" and thinking how great he looked towering over Stallone.....I don't like the steroid/I cant tie my shoes look (neither do women). I'm tall so he's a good ideal.....
You know what they say.....Shoot for the moon and even if you miss you'll land among the stars.

Knowing I might get some hate for mentioning a celebrity, I'm doing it anyway... *covers head*
I think Jennifer Lawrence looks very healthy. (Yes, I saw The Hunger Games, but I didn't care for it at all. And I haven't seen any of her other movies.) It would be nice to be in that kind of a place where I'm not too heavy, and not too thin. Healthy would be great. (:0 -
Mariah Carey for me as that's the body type I have and she looks great!0

I completely agree. Jennifer Lawrence's body type is exactly what I want, she's "heavy" for Hollywood standards, but she's in a great healthy weight range and is a total babe! She did a bathing suit in water photo shoot that I go to for motivation a lot.
You should definitely see Silver Linings Playbook, btw. Fantastic movie, and she won the Academy Award for best actress in it!0 -
