    Drop spindle, interesting:smile:

I just remembered that I have one supported spindle. It's a tahkli from India. So far, I have only used it to spin camel down.

Mostly videos and books. I took a class once, but most of it is self-taught.

    Tried target shooting last summer...
Dont think I even hit the proverbial side of the barn.
I had hubby advising me in one ear and father-in-law advising me in the other ear.
    Most disconcerting...:grumble:

Indoor stuff... scrapbooking, reading, cross-stitching/needlepoint, and watching movies.

Outdoor stuff... walking, running, hiking, backpacking, stream fishing, camping, geocaching, and recently I tried snowshoeing. My goal this summer is to try kayaking.

edited because apparently I don't know how to type...

You just need a different (lone) instructor! Or, maybe a different firearm (fit, caliber, and noise can really effect one's aim when just learning). There is a lot to it, but if you want to learn you might be able to find a shooting range close to you where you could find help.

I collect anything and everything that has to do with pro wrestling. dvds, poster, action figures, etc, etc.

I used to be a hardcore Hulk Hogan fan when I was a kid. I suspect that if I started watching again, I'd be a total fangirl again. :)

concerts (also once in a while, when my fav singers/bands are in town)
    reading
    learning new stuff/languages
penpaling (yes I have a few penpals around the US, no email used, snail mail, way more personal and exciting)
    jigsaw puzzles
    napping

I think penpaling is an awesome idea! I have an email pal, but I've never had a penpal!

    Free time? What's that?

Back when I had a life of my own, I would see movies with friends, hike, ride bikes, play soccer, read, paint figurines, collect rocks. Now I have 5 kids and for the next few months work 7 days a week. If I'm lucky I get to walk for 30-45 minutes on Sundays.
