What do you guys eat after your workout?

    I have water, protein bar, protein shake, or lunch/dinner if its time appropriate. Occasionally instead -- an apple or banana with peanut butter. :drinker:
  • Typically nothing, at least not RIGHT after I work out. I either feel queasy or just not hungry. I don't do particularly intense workouts, I just walk a lot and the calories burned adds up...so I just continue about my day and eat at meal times. I don't really see much of a reason to eat when I'm not hungry.
