I made this once without the toppings and just ate it as "breadsticks". Even the hubs loved it and he hates cauliflower!

Hungry Howie's Large Cheese & Green pepper = 202 calories per slice.

That being said, I have tried this before and it is very tasty!

sorry meant for this to be a quote under Suns post.

.cauliflower is not really considered fake, just an alliterative for people that can not have all those carbs but enjoy pizza I made this and you really can't even tell it is cauliflower..But I understand where you are coming from.. :)

Anyone that knows good pizza knows that it's all about the crust and sauce. Take one of those away, and you're no longer talking pizza. It's more like a burned salad with ketchup.

    Recipe? pretty PLEASE?

Made cauliflower crust pizza for the first time last week. There is no way in the world I'd mistake it for real pizza dough, but the BF and I both agreed it was delicious in its own right and much easier to make than it sounded. It's definitely going to become a regular in my diet.

Honestly, I have made Cauliflower crust pizza and it is a total waste of calories. My recipe is here:

    http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=517727501604218&set=a.515349698508665.1073741828.515344378509197&type=1&theater

I just do not find it at all filling and it is pretty high in fat. I mean would you sit and eat 3/4 cup of cheese when you are trying to loose weight, even if it is lower fat? It's probably more than they once you put the cheese on top too! *yuck*

Personally I think they are vile and would rather not bother or have GF pizza once in a blue moon as a treat when I fancy this. (i'm GF which is why I would go for a GF crust)

In my experience these healthy recreations of junk food are never what you are after and making faux junk food is not really teaching you better eating habits.
