    for 4 months I've been doing zumba and some jillian michaels videos.... I started with jillian though. =D

    Thanks everyone! it feels great! I'm on day 224 on this journey! I'm just getting better and stronger.

    Here are more update pics. Not a lot of weight loss. but I definitely feel different and look different. I'm currently 144.1

    7 month Anniversary! =P September 25th, 2012 to April 25th, 2013

    I think maintaining the new lower weight is harder than losing, so if you gain even 2 pounds, get rid of them right away
    good luck and you deserve that cute, new, lovely figure!!!!

    THIS!! it may seem like its just 2 pounds at first, then its another 2 pounds, then another 2 pounds and before you know it, its 20!! im living proof of that, but youre inspiring and TOTALLY hot!
