Hello,
I am new to MFP. I have been on an High Protein diet for the last 30 days and has lost 19 punds so far. However, the program is very exspensive and now I am trying to do it on my own but still follow many aspects of the High Protein diet.
I would appreciate anyone who is in the same boat as I am to respond to my post so we can share tips to doing it on our own.
Thanks,
Miko
