Faux "cheat" foods?

Does anyone else have some foods that feel like cheating but aren't really? Mine are Swiss Miss diet Hot Cocoa (25 calories!) and meringues (110 calories and no fat for four cookies). Anyone else have stuff to add to the list?

PB2 most defiantly!
Sometimes Special K Cracker Chips or the blue bell 100 calorie ice cream bars0 -
A banana sliced lengthwise spread a natural nut butter on the sides then drizzle with melted dark chocolate!0

I have three squares of Fair Trade dark (DARK) chocolate every day. It's maybe 85 calories. Not actually a lot of sugar. And it's easy to pass up other sweets when I think, "Nah, I'll just wait and have some really good chocolate tonight."0

I'm pretty sure a lot of people will think; "YUCK!", but I really love the Kirkland Signature From Costco 17 g (.6 oz) - Roasted Seasoned Seaweed. The whole pack in only 100 calories, they're crunchy, salty and I think a good substitute for your typical savory snack like chips.
I eat them as a snack when I'm not hungry, but have to eat.0 -

I eat something similar to that. "Green Tea Oil Seaweed" by ChoripDong 30 cals a pack. They hit the spot for those who like something crisp with a bit of salt. Only 65 mg of sodium though so not too bad.0 -
Faux "cheat" foods? Just eat whatever it is you're really craving, in a small portion.0

Whipped cream and chocolate syrup. When you eat it from a hooker's belly, it's cheating., When you eat it from a plate, it's faux cheating0
-
Nestlé semi sweet chocolate chips0

I have cheesecake every single day of my life. It tastes just like the highly caloric kinds, only it is high in protein with reasonable amounts of carbs and fats and all fit into my macros and calorie goal easily.
If you find some good recipes, you will have even less desire to eat over your calorie goal because it tastes like you are when you aren't.0 -

Definitely meringues. I just buy the ordinary sugary delicious nests. 56 calories each, 100 total if you add a spoon of whipped cream, 150 if you add a handful of nuts on top.
Yep, give me sugary full-fat dessert instead of 150 cals of some horrid 'diet' cake! I even just eat a meringue nest with a cup of tea instead of a biscuit some evenings.0 -
smoked salmon0

Froyo instead of ice-cream0

What I call Super Nachos.
It takes all evil and treaty, but is good for protein and veggies.0 -
I do not call anything a cheat food. That sounds rather silly to me, food is food, just different components and vitamins/minerals etc.
to call something a cheat is to imply you are somehow doing something wrong.
That said, I have dark chocolate most nights, I often have smoked salmon as my dinner, I have a soya latte almost everyday and if I feel like it, I have a brownie or a few cookies or a normal chocolate bar, shock horror.0 -

The only cheat I consider my soy lattes is the price I pay for them when I don't make them myself.0 -

True, the cost does add up rather a lot, but relaxing in the cafe over a latte is one of my pleasures in life, given my home environment is not very relaxing.0 -

Yes, I agree. I'm lucky that I don't have easy access to my favorite kind, or I would have a daily struggle with my bank account and my self control.0 -

I once made a fake burger with two slices of pizza.0 -

Oh man, so true.0 -
I "discovered" an awesome cheat meal.
Meat Slice Salad:
100g Pre-chopped iceberg lettuce
25g Fresh Spinach
4 Slices of sandwich ham
Ceaser Salad Dressing to taste.
Total calories 60-80 (LESS THAN AN APPLE!)
Now I know some people might be thinking "That's just a boring old salad!" but seriously it's a massive MASSIVE bowl of salad that can really fill you up if you need to fill the hunger without breaking your caloric limit for the day. Not only that it tastes great, make sure you get a great dressing. I've got a bowl in the fridge waiting for me and now I think I'll go get it0 -
