    Dude you are my "other" freaking hero!!! Can you comment on everything besides MFP that you did and how often?

    I am 5' 8" and was 268 and in 3 months I'm now down to 225....I want to get lean like you did but at a 170-ish weight. Which I haven't been in 10 years.

    So far I've been changing my eating habits and eating lots of fruits thanks to MFP. At work I use the elliptical for fat burning cardio and every now and then I hit the weights just to get stronger. Still working on managing time for workouts. I just tend to do a couple of sets.

    Did anything or anyone help you outside MFP?

    Holy curse word, Batman! I think I bruised my chin when my jaw hit the desk. Had I not seen the pictures on the same thread, I would never have known I was looking at the same person.

    You look stinkin' amazing. I'm (almost) old enough to be your mother, happily married, and with 5 children (one of whom would very likely happily date you) so I feel like it's only a little bit inappropriate for me to say this, but... dang you're hot! ;)

    Major, major kudos to you on your hard work. It is definitely inspirational. And as for the fat guy in your head who keeps telling you that you don't look good, tell him to shut the heck up.
