    what an incredible transformation!
    My "before" weight/body shape was similar to yours, I'm 67 pounds down with 33 left to lose.
    How do I get to your "after" physique? What's your training regimen? Do you supplement?

    You have done an amazing job! I was thinking I would show my husband these pictures, he's slim enough but has a beer belly and he doesn't drink beer,lol.

    When I saw your age, I thought I have to show this to my son. He is almost 20 years old, same height and same start weight. He lost 50 lbs over a year ago and he seems to have given up. I know he would like to lose more, so seeing this would be a great inspiration for him.
