    I log every single day as well. My diary is open to friends. I work out regularly and I eat well. I am lacto-ovo-pesco vegetarian....just no meat.
    I have only around 6 lbs to go to meet my goal. I had a baby last year and being the second time around for me I had a much harder time getting back to pre-pregnancy weight. 14 months later and still trying... but I don't give up!!:happy:

    Everyone can add me. I am a daily logger unless I am out of town. I take this pretty seriously as a life style change not a diet. Besides, diet has the word die in it. :drinker:

    I log workouts daily as it helps to keep track of progression or what works/doesn't work.

    I've made my goal weight by tracking food.
