Do BMI's seem unrealistic to anyone else?

I find it funny how almost every time BMI is brought up, so many people use the "athletes are obese" argument to discredit the scale.
For reference, Arnold was 260 @ 6'2" at his heaviest, BMI 33.4. And he looked like this:

Dwayne Johnson is 260 @ 6'5", BMI 30.8. And he looks like this:

If you claim that you're in the overweight/obese range because of muscle, you're either swole and/or bulking, really tall, or just delusional.
True, BMI doesn't take into account body fat percentage or frame size, but it works for most of the population. If you're truly in the overweight/obese range through muscle, then you know better than to measure yourself by a simple formula. The healthy range for my height is 101 - 137. That's 36 pounds of wiggle room to account for frame size! I currently hover around 125 pounds, which is on the high end for Asians (<23 BMI to be normal). But I allow myself some slack because my BF% is ~22.
Fun fact: BMI actually underestimates obesity.
