    I'm a runner, but only been here about a week. I average between 120-140 miles a month.

    had to take a week off because i was sick (mild case of the flu i believe). back now (went out monday and last night). went from 11:30/mile min to 13:00 UGH!!!! have a 10k next saturday, then a mud race then another 10k then a half in june.

    I moved to Tennessee in January and have had a hard time getting into a routine. I've already lost about 5 minutes off my 5k time (which wasn't good to begin with). I am signed up for Peachtree Road Race 10k in Atlanta on July 4th, so had to start running again.
