    I havent gotten my post partum flow back yet so I cant really say if working out helps with the cramps or heaviness. But I second what someone said above about switching to a Diva cup. The chemicals in disposable pads/tampons cause horrible bleeding and cramps. They actually make your period go longer than normal as well. I personally use mama cloth. Just something to think about
