    I don't avoid them when I am out of town, but I eat small portions and skip the desserts, which makes me very sad!

    I don't particularly like buffets so they're not a big temptation for me. Same goes for church potlucks. But if I do need to be at one of those for social reasons I'll just make good choices and adjust the rest of my day accordingly.

    clearly, you need to visit a Disney World buffet. I would buy an extra park ticket to spend the day filling my gullet with their buffet food.

    Crystal buffet is the exception to any rule!
