What supplements do you take?

I take:
one-a-day women's multi-vitamin, active metabolism
ashwaghanda/sensoril for stress and chronic fatigue
Triphala for cleansing
evening primrose oil- healthy hair/skin and because fish oil terrifies/disgusts me
zinc- when I'm feeling under the weather
biotin- healthy hair/skin/nails
calcium- because I can't get it from milk (lactose intolerant.)
Probiotics- because I can't eat yogurt.
Folic Acid- for memory and reproductive health,
I used to take Iron and D3, but now I get them in my multivitamin.

Does anyone take anything with Iodine in it? I'm hearing a lot of things about iodine deficiency and thyroid health.

    I wondering about this too!

I take a woman's Multi vitamin, Omega, B6 and extra Vit C in the winter. I sometimes wonder if I need all this extra vitamins when I take a multivitamin.

Oh I do a natural Whey protein shake every day too. Geez now I really wonder if I do need all this stuff. Maybe just the multivitamin and the Omega

I've been told that if you use table salt, you don't need to supplement the Iodine, even if you only use a little salt, because it's been added. If you use natural sea salt, however, you may want to supplement.

I eat roasted salted seaweed it contains 100 percent of your daily iodine requirements. I get it at costco and they come in snack size containers for 30 calories per container!

I'm thinking of adding in kelp for iodine, just for a short time to see what happens, also coconut oil and bitter orange for thermogenic boost? I can't get above 97 degrees no matter what I do, usually running around 96.
