I take:
one-a-day women's multi-vitamin, active metabolism
ashwaghanda/sensoril for stress and chronic fatigue
Triphala for cleansing
evening primrose oil- healthy hair/skin and because fish oil terrifies/disgusts me
zinc- when I'm feeling under the weather
biotin- healthy hair/skin/nails
calcium- because I can't get it from milk (lactose intolerant.)
Probiotics- because I can't eat yogurt.
Folic Acid- for memory and reproductive health,
I used to take Iron and D3, but now I get them in my multivitamin.
Does anyone take anything with Iodine in it? I'm hearing a lot of things about iodine deficiency and thyroid health.

I've been told that if you use table salt, you don't need to supplement the Iodine, even if you only use a little salt, because it's been added. If you use natural sea salt, however, you may want to supplement.0 -
