I drink 250ml of steamed skim milk with a double espresso shot and a pump of sugar free peppermint syrup.0

12-16 ounces every day.. I use a quarter cup of 2% milk and one splenda or if I'm feeling very indulgent some sugar free torani syrup.
If I'm having a very bad chocolate craving, I might have 8 ounces of extra coffee in the afternoon to tame my craving. Works like a charm.0 -
I'd rather go for a longer run than give up my coffee! I have an espresso machine so I make a trim caramel cappuccino daily. It keeps me happy! :happy:0

I started drinking it as an alternative to eating. I don't like coffee at all, but the taste makes temptation go away. it disturbs my taste buds. But, I do use that powder stuff and about a 3rd of a packet of Equal. Splenda is okay too, but I find Equal tastes closest to sugar and all you need is a tiny bit to give it a sweet taste.
As far as being good for your metabolism, that depends on the person. Some folks drink and get the bowels going soon after (I envy that ) haha. Others get the morning kick, and it is recommended to drink a small cup of black coffee before hitting the gym to raise your heart rate.0 -
I have atleast one coffee a day. The most is usually three. I have it black with two sugars. I am trying not to have added sugar with other things, like not much soft etc. So those two sugars don't worry me. My treat coffee is a cappuccino or a iced coffee. The iced coffee is loaded with calories, so it's something I have when I need the extras. In general I don't like milk in coffee unless it's the above, so that's why I drink black. I also like tea .0

Lately I have been making mocha smoothies for breakfast with chocolate whey protein, nescafe instant coffee, milk, stevia and ice all blended up. YUMM gives me just the boost I need in the morning0 -

Only drink Moccona, No sugar, but I put a fair whack of milk in it to compensate.
Gloria Jeans pods if I want an espresso.
C Coffee Maxi Cappuccino, No sugar if I grab one on the run.
Feel Good Iced Coffee, if I think i can fit one into my cals for the day.0 -
I figure every bit adds up and I'd rather be eating more food than drinking the calories in cream and sugar. Now I have it black and as long as it's decent coffee I love it.0

I drink at least 3 large mugs a day. I sweeten it with stevia and lighten it with 1 mini-moo... for a whopping 10 calories a mug!0

Religiously. And usually black. But I keep hearing from different sources to put a little coconut oil, coco powder, and butter in it, so I'm going to start doing that with my first cup or two from now on.0

No, thank goodness, so that's one less addiction I don't have to conquer, nor do I smoke or drink, another plus. But I am addicted to food. Love love love it but my taste buds have matured and I don't like much of the tasteless garbage, only the good stuff now.0

But my real answer is that I like coffee a lot, but go through phases of caffeinated/ caffeine free. I'm currently in the midst of a fairly long caffeine free phase.
Sometimes I like it black, sometimes I like it with milk and sugar. If it's iced, it's always with milk and sugar.0 -

I gave up coffee and soda 2 years ago. For me the caffeine disturbed my sleep and I no longer desire it at all. Water (lots & lots), almond milk, wine and recently an occasional scotch is what I have.0

At least 2 pots a day. I'm pretty sure I can smell coffee when I take a whiz.
Liquid splenda. Buy it in the big bottles. 1 tablespoon of half & half is about 20 calories. I work it in.0 -

I drink coffee almost every day. Just a cup and I add in whole milk, stevia, and sprinkle cinnamon in it.0

Black any other way is dessert not coffee! I don't know if it helps lose weight, but I know if I get my usual 6-8 cups a day it helps those around me stay sane! :drinker: :drinker: :bigsmile: :noway: :laugh:0

This made me giggle because.. TMI.. I am on mine and I wanted REALLY sweet coffee this morning.. but my fiancé made my cup.. his way.. which had the right amount of creamer in it and no sugar. Which was better for me
For my coffee I usually just pour a splash of hazelnut creamer. If I really want it sweet I'll add like 3 tsps. of sugar.0 -
I love coffee I'm a coffee holic. But I drink my coffee black all the time at home. Every now and then I will get a Latte with skim milk at the coffee shop cuz it has a strong enough coffee flavor for me if you add milk to it there. But at home, I always have my coffee just black and I like the organic beans the most. Organic Peruvian Coffee is the best0
