    I completely understand how you lost so much and yet cannot see the change, or your brain is in denial about it. I stuggle with the same issues and I've only lost 80lbs so far... approximately 45lbs to go (I started using Myfitnesspal after losing a lot of weight so the number doesn't reflect the true amount I've lost). Anyway, you are an amazing woman! Congratulations and well done! I know it feels great, even if your eyes and brain can't accept it yet!!
