    Well slept in this morning and missed going to the gym...then sitting on my backside at work all day and finishing late...arghhh but then went on a long walk with my daughter this evening after dinner....not a bad way to spend over an hour.....

    4km run/ walk to get the day going! I had to increase my goal as i was moving too fast- i'm amazed by how competitive i am (with myself) and goal driven. Now i'm targeting 100km.
