    A quick 1 mile run on Saturday, 3 miles walking yesterday.....gonna be difficult to make my goal this month, but I will try now that it is nice enough to walk at lunch on top of my morning runs.

    I am very late in the game here,

    but I did :

    4/21 - 3 miles running
    4/22 - 2.7 miles running

    Total 11.2 of 40 miles.

    Ok - much better - 31.5 miles for Fri/Sat/Sun - that includes a 13.5 mile from the spin class.

    i have been absent for quite a few days now...sorry.....worked from home with a sick kid on friday and then not on much over the weekends ever....

    i havent done any more miles since the 17th but dont think i posted my walk wed night....
