    Flavored creamer in my coffee (which I now drink black). Didn't realize how bad the creamer was until I realized the nutritional data (30 to 35 calories per serving) was based on one scant tablespoon (and I was using a LOT more than a tablespoon).

    Also miss baked potatoes buried in sour cream and butter, but I'm starting to enjoy them with just cottage cheese with a little shopped green onion or chives.

    Just looking at cottage cheese makes me feel sick-im not brave enough to try it! mmmm....jacket and sour cream sounds goooood.
