    Hello sixers,

    Sorry for my disappearing act the last week, I have been helping my brother-in-law with divorce stuff typing up things for the lawyer. However I have been getting some time in at the gym!!!! Saturday I started a couch to 5K routine, wish me luck or motivation, I need to see this through I am doing a 5K in July with a friend.

    So I did a 30 min run/walk and with warm up and cool down we did 2 miles in 30 min so we will be doing that for the rest of the week....boy did I feel it in my abs and rear end. So I guess that means it is working. Considereing I am not a runner I was very proud of myself.

    I hope to do personals later on tonight after the gym, but have to do cleaning while little one is down for a nap.

    whew...we are some busy ppl! Glad to see you are all hanging in here! Oh and happy belated mothers day! Went to a back doctor today. He did some manipulations on my back... it hurts now. but he said it should feel better in a day or 2! Going to start the Insanity workout soon.

    phoenix- great job on the quitting
    chipper- great job cleaning your house! And I hope to specialize in obesity and food relationships :-) ... for now. <My career goals change daily! lol

    Hey Sixers!!! I have a few things to report on!

    1st - I went shopping with my brother and father today, Got everything I was missing for Sea Base, and now I am offically 98% packed! the only stuff that isnt is stuff I am going to be using in the next couple days.

    2nd- I may be leaving sooner than I thought, so that my brother and I can spend a few days relaxing in the surf and sand at my grandmothers trailer in the Outer banks in NC.

    3rd- Leaving early may not happen because, my Grandmother on my mother's side has been diagnosed with cancer. However the type and severity of the cancer are being tested today and tomorrow. My mom is currently in Ohio with my grandmother for the testing, the test results come in Friday.

    4th- I STILL HAVENT WORKED OUT!!!! :( I am getting up tomorrow no matter what and going to the gym! I am going to do the first routine my trainer gave me, I am also hoping that I might be able to meet with her one last time on Thursday so she can give me a routine for Florida (where I will have no access to treadmills or weight equipment.) We will see!!! But tomorrow I know the gym is going to kick my butt! I am going to get up at 645 and be at the gym by 7:00, I have to leave the gym by 9:00 so that I can be at my mother's store that I am covering.

    So I am still doing fine on the food. I am not sure about tomorrows weigh in, we will see!
