    I went to ClickMix and made a playlist of songs I like at a speed I need to keep me moving. It's better than any workout mix CD I have found, because I actually like every single song, and I was able to sort them in a way that gave me a steady build up in speed with a gradual cooldown for the trip home. I take it with me when I go for my walk/jogs, and I love it.

    I cannot believe that I've had Gilr Talk on my iPod for over 2 years and never thougtht of that as a work out jam. That should work awesome!

    I've always liked old school punk music for aerobics. The Ramones, The Clash, The Sex Pistols with some early Elvis Costello, The Jam, X, Buzzcocks, even some Blondie. The songs are short, the tempos are fast, and the energy is infectious. Gets the heart pumpin'!
