I'm 5'5" and am currently 140lbs after coming off some migraine meds saw me put on 3/4 stone rather quickly, and now nothing fits.
I'd like to be back at 126lbs where I was a year or two ago.0 -
135. I'm 5'5" female. I am at 165 right now. 30 to go. Those of you who have reached goals or milestones are an inspiration to me. I've been up and down all year and have a hard time sustaining my calorie reduction. I am basically a stress eater and need to substitute something else for when things get crazy.0

My goal weight is 117lbs. Currently I'm at 196.4lbs so its going to be a long road, but I've been there before and I'll be there again! I'm also a small person at 5'3" and was always a very petite build so 117lbs is a pretty reasonable number on my body I set my original goal at 130lbs, but my trainer encouraged me to push my goal. His motivation worked, I changed my goal and I think I work harder because I want it more than my original goal.0

I want to see that as well! I need to get to 159 to see that though.

My goal weight is 10lbs below what I currently weigh until I reach a healthy weight within the medical guidelines. I dont set an ultimate goal because its a huge mental obstacle. Ten pounds at a time is far more achievable - for me at any rate.0

195 pounds; I'm 6'3" tall. I might want to lose a little more after that, but it's not going to be a priority. I started at around 235-240; I just noticed this morning that the pants I bought when all my old pants started being too big to fit me are now too big to fit me.0
