I'm 5'7
last weigh in 135lbs 18% body fat
whatever gets me between 14 and 17% body fat will make me happy
If you plan on having children in the future/soon, I would check with your doctor before going that low - there's definitely a chance of reduced fertility under 20% or so.0 -
160 for now anyway I'm 5'2 and 196 ..I have done it before I can do it again0

I'm 5'10" and kind of broad shouldered. I'm shooting for 199 pounds.0

NEED to be down to 125...or less. I'm at 131.5 now and these lbs. are stubborn! Scale isn't budging despite strict 1200 calorie diet with exercise.0

Hey, i am currently around 149 lbs and my goal is between 130lbs and 135lbs, im 5"7 and used to be 135lbs about 5 yrs ago. In those 5 years I have gained 35lbs and lost around 20lbs. i am glad to find myfitnesspal as i can now track everything more accurately.0

I'm 5'8" and I'm aiming for 135 - 140 lbs. I don't care so much about the number as I do about how it looks on me and how I feel. I'm currently 156lbs.0

I am shooting for 150 which some say will make me too thin. I am an older female, 64 soon to be 65. I have hypothyroidism so my metabolism is slow even though I take meds due to this and my age. I personally think anything less than 150 would be too difficult for me to maintain. Used to be 5'8", shrunk now to 5'7". I was 130 when I married my husband and I was 29 then, so we will see when I reach 150 if I want to lose another 20 pounds.0

1st mini goal: 180 (my pre-first baby weight)
2nd goal: 165 (wedding weight)
3rd goal: 158 (in the "normal" BMI range)
Ultimate: probably somewhere in the low 150s. I think I'm best in probably a size 8 so we'll see when I get down there.0 -
Don't have a specific goal weight, my ultimate goal is to get my bodyfat down to 20%, which currently is anywhere between 20 - 29% according to the different calculators on the F2F website. I would like to get a more accurate measurement, but I do not belong to a gym and the couple of places in my area that does the DEXA scanning or Hydrostactic testing is very expensive.0

My last weigh in was at 212, my goal weight is 150. I am 5'4" and 24 years old. I lost about 20 pounds in the fall 2012 but I gained it all back over the winter. time to get back to it!0

I've been saying 130 for as long as I can remember, which is the top of my healthy BMI. Now that I'm on my way though, I'm taking it as it comes and seeing how I feel once I get there. Maybe a little less and maybe a little more. I want to be FIT more than anything!0

I was 170 pounds and I'm down to 149 now! I haven't seen that number in such a LONG TIME! My over all goal is to be at 140!! I've lost all of that weight with the Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge.0

I'm 5'2 and started at 252, down to 138, but would like to get to 132. If I don't, that's okay. I'm just happy to be able to say I've kept over 100 pounds off for 3 years. :happy:0

I really don't have a specific goal weight. I know the range that's ideal for my height & age, but I don't know if it's realistic for me. Besides, unless I tell someone, they're not going to know my weight.
What I'm more working towards is dress size. It's been so long since I was able to shop in the regular sized sections of stores that that's my first goal - 12/14. After that, I'd like to see single digits. If it's 4, 6, or 8, I don't know yet.0 -
