Seen this blog and thought it would be beneficial to see what 200 Calories really looks like. It kind of makes you think about the choices we make everyday while on this journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Haha, I can see how you thought that. Yes all the food does look yummy, but i'd take that plate of broccoli any day before taking those lollipops. haha!0 -
That's why I try to stick with mostly fresh fruits, veggies, and lean protein sources Thanks for sharing!0

Grapes seem to be the best option then!
The broccoli looks extremely filling but it would require a specific chinese oyster sauce to make it taste good which means beyond 200kcal, whereas grapes are sweet from the get go! :drinker:0 -

Haha, I thought the same thing. I love Broccoli, but it would require cheese on top. And that much broccoli would reguire ALOT of cheese for me.Grapes seem to be the best option then!
