Most of her DVDs have a lower impact instructor you can follow. I have a bad knee and follow the low impact workout for 30DS. Also, mixing in those scheduled rest days will help a lot, too. The most important thing is just to listen to your body. If your knee isn't feeling a workout one day, skip it. It's okay to take a little longer than those 30 days if your body needs it.0 -

Hi im new to fitness pal what Does bump mean? Lol I will be doing this challenge on May 7 if anyone wants to start a may challenge. I'm currently on level 2 of 6w6p. I will be combing that with NMTZ and with level 1 I combined it with BFBM! I've already lost 11 pounds in 3 weeks! No I can't do them back to back. I do one in the morning and one at night. I need to go buy 30ds. Good luck everyone! I hope you all stick to it I'm waiting to see results from slimdown. I see tons of posts where people start it but never list results! Stick with it guys!!!0
