    It's annoying when you educate yourself about certain things and yet someone still feels the need to teach you about them over and over.
    For example:
    If I say,"Hey, what are some good arm exercises?" At least 4 people will respond with " Um... you can't spot reduce."... I'm just looking for good arm exercises, man... no one said anything about spot reducing.

    I know that its because alot of people don't know about these things... but pay attention to what I am asking before you waste your time typing up a generic answer.

    This actually doesn't bother me. The whole point of forums is some kind of interaction. I get that. You don't get it from a search feature.

    Occasionally telling people to search is more effective, though, when the topic exceeds the amount of information that can be conveyed in a single post.

    People who send no message with the FR - people who don't reciprocate positive feedback and just take and take. The young ones who think eating 800 cals a day is A-healthy and B-will create long-term positive results. OK...that's all I'll say for now :)

    I think MFP is great but I also see quite a lot of misery when some members, fixated on losing weight rather than lifestyle change, don't achieve the weight loss goal they were hoping for that week.
