I don't like candy, so for me it's going to be a little brownie or piece of cake. with a husband and two little boys I know I won't be tempted to eat too much because they will beat me to it!

I absolutely agree. Life it to short to be miserable. If you have to have chocolate. Eat it!! Eat lighter the rest of the day. I love this calore counting. I don't deny myself anything I want. It is all about portions. I save up if I want something special by eating lighter the rest of the day. Just be sure to count it in your calories and stay under your daily alotment. Good luck!

If I'm eating chocolate, I'm going all out with the Milk Chocolate.

I hear that! Dark chocolate is so bitter. If I'm craving chocolate I want the sweet stuff.

I just picked up a bar of ghiradelli milk and caramel squares. 3 big squares for 180 calories... I am okay with that. :D

I keep a bar of dark chocolate in the cupboard for chocolate emergencies. I like 75 - 85% cocoa, and it's good for you. I also have low calorie hot chocolate on stand by.

Ghirardelli 70% cacao. I eat some literally every night. There's absolutely no need to feel guilty about eating chocolate or treating it like it's something you can only have when your cravings are about to drive you insane. Just eat it like an adult and do go all fat kid at Halloween.

I don't like most dark chocolate, except Dove, so I don't eat the dark stuff normally at all.

That being said, I love Dove promises, anything with caramel in it, and most things with nuts.

One of my FAVORITE things is chocolate covered sunflower seeds. 140 cals in 2 tablespoons which is a GOOD amount.

I love chocolate but this thread made me think...

I don't eat sugar or AS so there is no store-bought candy in my life. I do have cocoa powder & can use that to make a healthy chocolate treat but I have not even done that since sometime last summer. I can't recall the last time I even thought about chocolate. I guess I no longer need chocolate... That seems impossible!

Equal chocolate eater, I do not discriminate chocolate by their label. White, dark, milk, with nuts, without nuts, with marshmallow, or with fruit they are all the same to me, GOOD.

MMMMM my favorite is milk chocolate plain old hershey's but I do love the dark chocolate and sea salt bars.

So it's a toss up do I treat myself to alcohol or chocolate but have their place in moderation.

So far it's the trader joe's 100 calories dark chocolate bars, or a dove milk chocolate egg. I've been avoiding buying big chocolate bars though so I don't binge.

I can't stand hershey. I'd never waste my precious calories on that junk. Give me dove, lindt or godiva anytime. Ghirardelli is good too.

If I want chocolate, I'll eat whatever I want to satisfy my craving, so long as it fits into my calorie/macro goals.
