I skip breakfast for the following reasons: your insuline-sensitivity tends to be at its peak on the morning, which means more food is stored as fat, though more glycogen is stored in the muscles through an insuline spike, but since I'm cutting right now and my main priority is to shed of fat, I'm skipping breakfast, also human growth hormone raises when not eating for 2 hours after breakfast, the myth that your metabolism will slow down when you skip breakfast is false.0

I have a new favorite breakfast dish!
I heat up 30-60 g of oatmeal (depends on how hungry I am) in water and with some frozen strawberries.
I take a bowl and mix coconutflakes, almonds, proteinpowder and a banana, afterwards I pour in the oatmeal and strawberries. I puree it all to make a smooth mash (not sure if it is the right english word for it)
I think it is yummy and it keeps me stuffed until it's time for lunch!0 -
