When I used to get hungover there is no way I could have worked out. Since everyone is saying they feel better maybe that is the answer.0

A nice run is my favorite hangover cure. Get yer butt out there!0

I find that working out is the best cure for my hangovers....
Now I must get to the gym and test that theory yet again!!!!0 -
It depends on how hungover you are. If you decide not to go this morning, reaccess how you feel this afternoon.0

I went today and was slightly hungover. I'm still nursing a headache. But I feel great that I went!0

If you are about to puke, dont go
if not, go
I always feel fantastic after a body attack class when hungover.
