    Thank you! MFP and Geneen's Practical Eating Guidelines are clicking well for me too. Ever since I started incorporating both, the weight is starting to come off. I still have my bad days but I have the tools. Seeing your transformation has been motivating. You are an inspiration and thank you for sharing your story! :drinker:
