I didn't take any pics, but my butt and upper thighs definitely got more tone. I now just do squats in my normal workout routine 2-3 times a week.0

Im currently doing the 100 squats for 100 days challenge
Day #4 is tomorrow & i see a little difference already

I modified the challenge a little and added other areas I want to get better. This is what I'm doing, in addition to my regular exercises.
It's pointless to do this many squats. Do actual strength training and actual cardio.0 -

I did a month of squats on mfp in July. I think my booty shaped some from the workout, but I was always worried about blowing out my knees. By the end of the challenge, I was doing 170 squats throughout the day. 50 here, 25 there, until it totaled the required number. It wasn't difficult and got easier to do as the month progressed. Be sure to use the correct posture, I looked it up on You tube. Good Luck.0
