    These three websites and 2 "gadgets" have been the reason for my success so far, without a doubt.

    I use

    Earndit- gives me points for my workout and then I get great deals on things (check it out always different)
    BodyMedia- I have the core armband :)
    MFP- Food and Friends

    those are about it for me, I try to keep it simple and fun
