    This used to happen to me when I was in high school and I went to the gym. It always happened when I was using the hanging ab machine. I have no doubt it was from the friction. But it was still a strange experience and I always felt weird even though no one knew what was going on. But I had abs of steel back then!!!! :laugh:

    Is this unusual? I totally did this while doing my planks yesterday and today. People looked at me a little weird at the gym, but I'm a laid back girl that loves to put a smile on people's faces. Tomorrow I'll try to orgasm while doing my lunges cuz that seems more normal.
