Hey guys i'm curious on what I should do for weightloss. At the moment i'm doing treadmil for 15 minutes, bike 15 mins, rowing machine 5-10 mins and sometimes i'll add in 15 mins of elliptical. Then I move on to the weight machines ( too shy to go get the free weights and it tends to be busy) Anybody got any advice? I'm new to it all still you see
I have been loosing around 2 pounds a week though.

If you looking two lose weight prob the best and quickest is to combine a good diet using MFP and Insanity or some other high intensity cardio. Many people having success on these boards with Insanity.0

For weight loss, all you need is a calorie deficit.
Exercise is more for making your body look good.
You don't need to jump around from cardio machine to cardio machine, unless you get bored or something. 30 minutes on one machine should be just fine.
Weight machines are fine, but free weights are going to be better in the long run. Google free weight exercises, and you'll get a ton of results.0
