Love You Forever by Muncsh...I confess that I've never been able to read this book from cover to cover without getting choked up. My boys are 16 and 12 and before they'd hug me when I read it. Now, they laugh at me because I still can't read the stupid book.

Anything by Mo Willems- Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus, Stay up Late, Pigeon Finds a Hot Dog, The Duckling Gets a Cookie, Naked Mole Rat Gets Dressed.

"I Stink" by someone McMillan. Anything by that team- I'm Fast, I'm Mighty, I'm Big are good but I Stink is the best.

Knuffle Bunny - oops that's Mo Willems too!

    Where the Wild Things Are

Alexander - No Good, Very Bad Day & Used to be Rich Last Sunday

    Dr Suess classics

It's out of print and hard to find, but Gorgonzola the Stinkysaurus is probably the most favorite.

Is it horrible that the first book that popped into my head was "Go The **** To Sleep"?
No, I don't really read that to my kids. But yes, I am tempted to.

(If you haven't read Samuel Jackson's reading of that book, look it up on YouTube.)

I really like reading "Bedtime for Francis" and "Guess How Much I Love You" to my baby girl.

Oh, I totally forgot Bunnicula and The Celery Stalks at Midnight (so cute -- very nonscary stories about a vampire bunny, which of course feeds only on plants, with a Scooby Doo feel to them)!

    GOODNITE MOON!

On a funny note my daughter used to have all these stickers of different clothes for Barbie and could "dress" Barbie using these paper sticker things. She put a pair of Barbie's underpants on the very back page, where it's remained for about 5 years and now when I read that book to my son I always say "goodnite underpants everywhere" as the last line. Yeah, I crack myself up! I'm weird like that!
