I just came in to say that the OP's user name makes me sad.
Similarly, I thought it was funny that she was shielding her bj maker in her photo.

Whining about things going on in your personal life.0

Posting about your "TOM." Nobody wants to hear that.
^^^This! Definitely definitely this!
I get tired of the posts about it as well as it being used as an excuse. We've been getting it since teenage years...if you haven't learned how to deal with it then what can I tell ya? Soon...they'll be blaming everything on menopause!
Yes! ^
Nothing really changes over the years either, so people need to stop *****ing about it...especially on a weight loss site.
Fortunately, I have not see one of these threads on here as of yet. When I do, this will be my reaction: :sick:0 -
Or when people post pictures of their junk!

Its simple if you don't like what you are seeing on the message boards just stay off of them. Log your food and help your friends on your friends list. Then you wont have to see all the stupid stuff you don't like. starting this post was for people to just complain....
this exactly!0 -
Stop telling poor new-to-weight-loss girls that they will go into starvation mode and become obese if they skip a meal every now and again (of course I mean REALLY "every now and again" rather than "only have dinner once a week" type of thing).
Stop telling people who've gained 2lbs that they've "probably gained muscle" when they're on a calorie deficit and aren't even getting the nutrients to MAINTAIN their muscle, never mind BUILD any. Heck, if it was that easy, bodybuilders could reach their maximum muscle mass in about a month!0 -

Please stop saying that your 1 Lb of weight gain from last week is muscle...it isn't friggin' muscle. Most likely, it's a bit of water or poop that's still up your rear.
Please STOP saying things that make me shoot pepsi out my nose at work0 -
