Well, I FEEL you sweetie. During "that week", with plus minus of 2 to 3 days, I am emotionally sad, I HATE eating vege, I HATE to move my body (even walking), I CRAVE for unhealthy food. What I do is, for:
emotionally sad -> Do something that makes me comfortable, eg. listening to soothing music, lighting up candle in my room..
HATE eating vege -> I am normally a vege type of person but just not during that week, what I do is i just dont eat them ;P
HATE to move my body -> I do some weights for my weight. (at least better than nothing) :P
CRAVE for unhealthy food -> Well, I do allow myself to go for it .. as long as its not too "unhealthy"

Feel your pain. But don't let it control you! If you ignore the pain it will go away or at least not suck as much. Get up and get moving the next time around it comes by. Don't wallow in that " I have my period" bubble, even I hate that. Working out helps it not suck as much, in the mean time aleve, advil and water water water.0
